Waters off Talisay, Batangas checked ahead of dive search for missing sabungeros
Department of Justice (DOJ) spokesman Mico Clavano IV tells reporters on July 10, 2025 that only a technical site assessment was conducted off the waters of Talisay, Batangas, not an actual dive. Authorities inspected the area to evaluate water clarity, depth, and conditions for a possible full-scale search for the bodies of missing sabungeros.
