Mamburao residents oppose dredging

Dredging operations in Barangay Talabaan, Mamburao disrupted the livelihood of residents, who complained that dredging starts at 4 a.m. and ends at 11 p.m. Residents claimed that the dredging vessels would move away during inspection and return once the inspection team leaves.
