At a meeting of President Trump and African leaders at the White House, the former were asked if they'd support the latter receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.

00:22and one question for President Trump.

00:24As you can see, Mr. President Trump,

00:26all the African presidents are very happy with your efforts

00:31to bring peace in the Democrat Republic of the Congo.

00:35My question to you is, today you are making history

00:39by receiving five African presidents

00:42and showing the interest of the United States

00:45to collaborate and to work close with the African nations.

00:49African continent is watching.

00:51African youth is watching.

00:53And this new approach that your administration

00:56is taking to deal with African nations,

00:59not only based on help,

01:00but in doing business that everybody can win,

01:04is really much appreciated for all the Africans.

01:07My question is,

01:08are you planning, Mr. President,

01:10in the future to travel to Africa,

01:14to see firsthand all those countries in Africa,

01:19all those potentials that those countries have?

01:22And for the African leaders,

01:24my question is,

01:26as you can see,

01:27President Trump is working to bring peace,

01:30not only in Africa,

01:31but also in the world.

01:32Are you all considering to nominate President Trump

01:36for a Nobel Prize piece?

01:39That's a very nice reporter.

01:41I got to meet her two weeks ago

01:44when we had the Congo and Rwanda

01:49and we had some other people up from Africa

01:52and that was the first time.

01:55But that's very nice.

03:01to speak to President Zelensky.

03:12to help bring peace back.

03:15No one wins when there's war.

03:44while I don't see any problem with it,

03:46I think that President Trump

03:49deserves it

03:50for all the efforts

03:51that he's worked on.

03:53and he brought peace back

03:57in the SIAC region.

04:03and Rwanda signed a deal.

04:07And so he is now bringing

04:09peace back into a region

04:11where that was never possible.

04:13So I believe that he does

04:14deserve a Nobel Peace Prize.
