00:00The 40th anniversary celebration of Skegness Day Centre was honoured with a visit from its patron, the 13th Earl of Scarborough.
00:10The Earl travelled from his home in South Yorkshire to join other civic guests and clients at a party at the centre on the site of Skegness Hospital.
00:20Well, I'm delighted to be here celebrating 40 years of Skegness Day Centre and it does a tremendous job in combating social isolation and giving wonderful sort of days out to the older people in the Skegness community.
00:46And it's always a joyful place to be. There's always laughter and singing and art and games and so I'm delighted to be here to celebrate. Happy birthday, Skegness Day Centre.
00:57For the Punch and Judy show, when Mr Punch goes down and I go, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop. There we go.
01:07Stay down. Whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop. There we go.
01:13Mr Punch. Give it to me. Give it to me. Mr Punch.
