00:36Before filing the complaint, Confiado had asked Jacinto to take down the post, but Iliad

00:40merely added a disclaimer note, after which the actor took legal action.

00:45Jacinto now says it was a big mistake that he didn't take down the post when Confiado

00:49asked him to.
