King Charles, Macron laud new 'entente' on first day of French president's state visit

King Charles III and Emmanuel Macron both hail a new era in UK-France relations as the French president began a three-day formal visit to Britain, the first by an EU head of state since Brexit. "Long live Franco-British friendship," says Macron.
