00:15familiar and refreshingly unique. Ingredients 2. English muffins, 1 eggs, 1 half cup milk,
00:241 TBS piece sugar, 1 half aiva, TBS butter, hot tea's vanilla extract, 1 quarter to be a salt,
00:321 quarter to be cinnamon. How to make. In a medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk until yolks and whites
00:37are well combined. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour the egg mixture
00:43into a shallow rimmed baking pan. Cut each English muffin in half and place it into the custard mixture
00:48with the cut side down. Let soak for 10 to 20 minutes. Flip the buns over and soak for an
00:54additional 5 minutes. Add 1 TBS of butter to a large non-stick frying pan, skillet or griddle,
01:00and melt over medium heat. When melted, cook the 2 to 3 muffins, cut side down, for 3 to 4 minutes
01:07or until crisp and golden brown. Then turn around and fry the other side for 2 to 3 minutes.
