00:00.
00:08Project Pantheon takes place in a universe
00:11where all mythology is real.
00:13And you are enlisted by Death,
00:17a cosmic entity above all of the other gods,
00:20who needs your assistance to help clean things up.
00:23We built it more in a way of the players
00:26kind of uncovering what this world is about
00:28as they explore the game, as they play through it.
00:31And the key word for us is really
00:33this immersive world-building element.
00:35Our universe being dark fantasy,
00:38it's something that we feel is supposed to be oppressing,
00:41terrifying, nightmarish.
00:43So in essence, it's a world you wouldn't wish
00:45your worst enemies to live in.
00:48So as a player, you are empowered by Death.
00:51You can harness and use powers
00:54far beyond what your mortal body could have.
00:57I think what excites me most
00:59is the fact that it's a new genre
01:01and it's creating something innovative.
01:05The unique combination that we have
01:07of an extraction game and a top-down action RPG
01:11is something that is super fun to work on.
01:14One of the things that we're very excited about
01:16are our Dead Gods,
01:17that are essential landmarks on our maps,
01:20that player will have the opportunity to explore.
01:24These are opportunities for us to create interesting stories
01:27as to what happened to them
01:29and why did the gods die
01:31and give an incentive to players to come back
01:33and try to figure things out.
01:35So we wanted things to feel visceral,
01:38to feel even though it's mythology,
01:40it's something that's plausible,
01:41something that you can see and touch.
01:43And the art style is massively important there,
01:46but we're not shying away from the brutality.
01:49We create unique sceneries of, for example,
01:52Drakkar stuck in ice.
01:54Players will be able to explore Greek temples
01:57or pyramids that were built by the gods.
02:00We create visuals that we feel haven't been explored in the past.
02:05Huge dead gods in the scenery that tell a story
02:09that invites players to explore the universe.
02:14And it's always this intense feeling that you get.
02:19And what I think is that this leads to a more immersion
02:23into each gameplay match that you play.
02:26It makes every single match more unique.
02:28At the end when they extract it,
02:30they feel they really overcome the odds
02:33that it was an uphill battle,
02:34but they made it anyways.
02:36This whole gameplay loop is meant to lead sports players
02:41feeling a huge exhilarating feeling of relief
02:45when they managed to make it out with something
02:47they really wanted to extract out of a session.
02:49Resources are scarce.
02:51You want to go in the map,
02:52but then extract as quickly as possible.
02:55And that's the feeling that, you know,
02:57this is for us where art and gameplay actually intertwine.
03:02They should expect the unexpected.
03:04No one match might be quite like another.
03:07Okay.
03:08Bye.
