01:07tinutuuan ang mga bagong kongresista

01:09ukol sa sistema at mga patakaran sa Kamara,

01:12lalo na sa paggawa ng mga batas.

01:14Sa ating panayam, kinadilima at chokno,

01:17kapwa naman nila kinumpirma na supportado nila

01:19si Four Peace Partylist Representative Marcelino Libanan

01:23para maging House Minority Leader muli ngayong 20th Congress.

01:27Mayroon na silang manifesto of support para kay Libanan.

01:30We actually signed a statement of support

01:35for Congressman Marcelino Nonong Libanan

01:39as a minority leader.

01:43And then we also discussed some general directions

01:46of the minority block.

01:49Pero ang pinag-usapan is that definitely as minority block,

01:52we will be a fiscalizer.

01:53But we also make it clear

01:55that we are not the kind of unreasonable minority.

02:00In other words, we're not going to be obstructionists.

02:04So kung may magandang palisiya,

02:06magandang legislative agenda,

02:07or the certain pieces of legislation

02:10na i-pupush ng majority,

02:12we can always support.

02:14Well, we want to really push for issues

02:17that we believe are very important for our people.

02:20And we believe that our place in the House

02:24is really in the minority.

02:26So should the opposition have a unified stand

02:28on the impeachment?

02:30Well, I believe there already is a unified stand

02:33on the impeachment.

02:34The opposition has been calling for accountability

02:37for a long time.

02:38And this is a perfect opportunity

02:41to show the people that

02:42we are serious about accountability.

03:03ukol sa kalusugan.

03:07One hospital bills.

03:10Ibig sabihin,

03:11ang lahat ng mga private and government hospitals,

03:15pag may mga pasyenteng kung mapasok

03:17through maiprogram guarantee letters,

03:20ay kailangan may libre na rin pati

03:23doctor's fee.

03:24Kasi ang nangyayari ngayon,

03:25ang libre lang natin ay mga

03:27hospital bills.

03:29Pero dito sa ating one hospital bills,

03:32dapat isama na rin

03:33ang mga pre-professional fee

03:37o doctor's fee.

03:38Gusto natin i-amendahan

03:40yung Field Health Insurance Charter.

03:43We want to expand the definition of dependence

03:46because according to the Field Health Charter,

03:49ang dependence nila

03:49ay physical and mental disabilities.

03:53So we want to expand this

03:54to include neurodivergent individuals.
