00:00Add sugar and water into heat-proof ramekins

00:02and microwave them for 3 minutes

00:04until the sugar caramelizes and becomes golden brown.

00:08Now, in a bowl, combine some milk with 2 tbsp of sugar

00:12and 2 tbsp of custard powder and mix it all together.

00:16This goes into the microwave for 4 minutes

00:19and after each minute, you stop it, give it a good mix

00:22and put it back until the mixture thickens like this.

00:26Now, pour it over the said caramel

00:28and then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours

00:31so it sets completely before you carefully demold it.
