प्रयागराज, उत्तर प्रदेश : मथुरा के श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि और शाही ईदगाह विवाद मामले में बड़ी खबर है। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने हिंदू पक्ष की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने मस्जिद को विवादित ढांचा घोषित करने को लेकर हिंदू पक्ष की याचिका पर आज फैसला सुना है। मस्जिद को विवादित ढांचा घोषित करने की मांग वाली याचिका को कोर्ट ने नामंजूर कर दिया है। सूट नंबर 13 में वादी एडवोकेट महेंद्र प्रताप सिंह की ओर से शाही मस्जिद को विवादित ढांचा घोषित करने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया था। हालांकि मुस्लिम पक्ष की ओर से इस आवेदन पर लिखित आपत्ति दायर की गई थी। अब इस मामले में मुस्लिम पक्ष को बड़ी राहत मिली है। जस्टिस राम मनोहर नारायण मिश्रा की सिंगल  बेंच में हिंदू पक्ष की 18 याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई जारी है।  अगली सुनवाई 18 जुलाई को होगी।  #Mathura #ShriKrishnaJanmabhoomi #MathuraShahiIdgah #AllahabadHighCourt #UP #Prayagraj
