00:08After lengthy session, the House approved the bill on Thursday by a narrow 218 to 214 vote.
00:16The Senate passed it earlier on Tuesday by a single vote.
00:19Trump had set a July 4th deadline for the Republican-controlled Congress to send him the final version
00:25and is expected to sign it into law during a ceremony on the July 4th national holiday.
00:31The bill includes $150 billion for border security, detention centres and immigration enforcement,
00:37with another $150 billion for military spending, including Trump's Gold Dome missile defence system.
00:44But the largest cost comes from over $4.5 trillion in tax cuts spread over the next decade.
00:51The Congressional Budget Office warned the bill could add $3.3 trillion to federal deficits
00:57and leave millions without health coverage, acclaimed the White House disputes.
