During a Senate Judiciary Hearing on Wednesday, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) criticized Emil Bove, President Trump's nominee to be a judge in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

01:06term. He's upset that his own judicial nominees have ruled, had the audacity to rule against the

01:12administration's illegal actions. With Mr. Bovee, we see a sign of what is to come. President Trump
