00:21it could change your life. It looked like an imaginative initiative of a group of churches
00:28up there. Part of the adventure of the Christian life is the invitation into prayer and with prayer
00:36there's always more to discover. Jesus' disciples watched him closely and then they asked him Lord
00:43teach us how to pray. When a doctoral student approached Albert Einstein about what further
00:50areas of research desperately needed to be undertaken he famously replied find out about
00:57prayer we need to discover more about prayer. Now there are no simple formulas with prayer but it
01:05is an amazing provision and what I've discovered over many years is that when we pray things happen
01:13that simply don't happen when we don't pray. On a strategic leadership course I attended at Windsor
01:20Castle ten years ago a key takeaway for me was the principle that you can only control the control
01:27of the principles. That's true but within and beyond that try praying and it could surprise you
01:35and change your life.
