Ramban (J&K), June 30, 2025 (ANI): Gates of Baglihar Dam have been opened as water levels in the Chenab river rise following heavy rainfall in the region. Speaking to ANI, DIG of Doda-Ramban Range informed, “As there is rise in water level of Chenab river, this has also led to incidents due to which people had lost their lives. I would like to request to all the people to avoid getting near to rivers as the water level has risen.”
