After officiating the Asean+Republic of Korea Conference on Care and Support for Older Persons on Monday (June 30), Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said the government had completed the draft for the Senior Citizens Bill, which aims to protect the rights and well-being of the elderly, and it is expected to be tabled in Parliament next year.

00:54But the draft is already there, with the hope that by before end of the year,
00:58we should be able to send.

01:10But I have a feeling that it has to wait for next year to get the bill to be tabled in Parliament.
