00:00Meanwhile, the Philippine General Hospital, or PGH, has officially begun the construction of a 16-story pediatric and adult specialty center.

00:07First Lady Lisa Reneta Marcos led the groundbreaking ceremony, joined by key officials from the DPWH, DOH, and PGH.

00:15The P675.5 million facility will feature 450 beds, pediatric emergency and operating rooms, ICUs, and outpatient clinics.

00:23It is expected to be completed by 2027 and aims to expand specialized healthcare services for Filipinos.
