00:00This bill will also be the single most important piece of border legislation ever to cross the floor of Congress.
00:24We will hire 3,000 new Border Patrol officers and 10,000 new ICE agents, and these people are great.
00:31I tell you what, I got to know a lot of them, and we have tremendous representation.
00:37They've been for me from day one.
00:40In fact, I shouldn't say this, but they endorsed me when I first ran, almost at the beginning,
00:44and they weren't sure if they were allowed to endorse me, and they said,
00:47we don't care, we're endorsing you, but they were great, and they've been my friends ever since.
00:51But think of it, so we're going to hire 3,000 new Border Patrol officers, 10,000 new ICE agents.
00:56And, you know, these ICE guys, they go into war zones, and they're tough, and they love our country.
01:04And if you're not going to be tough, you're not going to do well.
01:06But they are tough, and they'll break into a pack, and they call them a pack.
01:10Some of these packs come out of the jails of Venezuela.
01:13They come from places that you don't want to know about.
01:15They're gang members that have been all sent in here through Biden's open-door stupid policy.
01:20The dumbest policy, I think, well, we have a lot of dumb policies,
01:24but the worst, I think, is open borders, where anybody comes into our country totally unvetted, totally unchecked.
01:30And they're drug dealers, and they're people that we don't want them.
01:33And they're murderers, you know, they're murderers.
01:35I told you, over 11,000 murderers, they're in here.
01:3950% of those, by the way, murdered more than one person.
01:41And they came in, no check-in, no anything.
01:45It's so sad.
01:46What that man has done to this country, we should never forget it, okay?
01:49We should never, ever forget it.
01:51With that whole group of people, I don't even think it was him.
01:54He didn't believe in open borders.
01:56He didn't believe in men playing in women's sports or transgender for everybody.
02:01But what that group of people has done to this country will never, ever, I hope, I don't think we can ever allow history to forget it.
02:08What they've done to us is so sad.
02:11We're going to fully fund the final sections of Border Wall, impose a new remittance tax on money sent back to foreign countries,
02:18and dramatically increased deportations, to a bare minimum of 1 million illegal aliens per year.
02:25And what we're doing is we're really going after the criminal aliens, of which we have plenty to work with.
02:30People say, well, that's a lot, isn't it?
02:32Well, remember, these countries are very smart.
02:35They're headed up by people I know in almost all cases.
02:38They're very smart, smart people.
02:41And they're people of great common sense.
02:43They're not sending their good people out.
02:45They're sending their bad people out.
02:46And they put them into caravans.
02:48I think I came up with that name, but somebody did.
02:51It's a great name, a caravan.
02:52Thousands, and sometimes as many as 30,000 people walking right into our country.
02:58Again, last month we had none.
03:00Think of that.
03:01It's almost, people say it's almost impossible.
03:04But they come in, and at a minimum, they're not people that work very hard.
03:09They're people that are on welfare.
03:11They don't want them.
03:12They don't want them.
03:13They give them to us.
03:14It's incredible what's happened, and it's so sad to see.

03:19It could make you just sick to your stomach when you think about it.
03:22I was going to say it could make you cry, but I like to pretend I never cry.
03:26I don't want to be a crier.
03:28But it makes you sick to think of what they did.
03:32What they did to us is just sick.
03:35And guys, if we didn't have a Tom Holman, and if we didn't have some of the guys that
03:39we have working so hard and dangerously, the country wouldn't stand a chance.
03:45But we're getting them out.
03:46Not as fast as they came in, because they came in, and you'd see hundreds of thousands
03:51pour into our country in a day.
