00:11because she's leaving us at the end of the year and emigrating to St Lucia.

00:40We wish you well in your journey to St Lucia. We're going to miss you very, very much.
00:45We're going to miss your attention, your commitment, your tremendous achievement in setting up the vision for this place.
00:53And we all love you. And so we wanted to give you something small
