More along the lines of ''Albatros'' with some interest for Prog Rock fans, although this is basically straight Rock Music with German lyrics.The album contains smooth guitar Rock ala DIRE STRAITS, easy-going Pop'n'Melodic Rock, ballads, more epic compositions with slight NOVALIS references and some sort of pompous Pop Prog, which reminds me of Hungarians EAST.But no matter the style Karat could perform every single instrumental path with comfort and confidence to come up with a decent Rock effort.Very nice guitar work actually, cool lead vocals and part of the keyboard work is deeply atmospheric.Their latter albums are rumored to come even closer to DeutschPop/Rock with less interest for Rock and Prog fans.
