00:00I think when we first came into it, it was I was the best of the local kind of players that if you're now playing for Elgin City then Lossay should be taking them. If you've played junior football and that, the best of the juniors should be coming to Lossay and play because it's Highland League football, it's a good competitive level and then you're going to have some seasons where you've got all that group and then it will change because I mean you've seen recently some boys have moved on to other Highland League clubs and there might be other opportunities to maybe go and win things and whatever but
00:30Lossay can I was trying to keep a good core if I was got an opportunity, well we both played in it at the North of Scotland Cup Finals so it just shows you what can be done and I was thriving every year to do the same again. This season's not going to be any different. In the league you'll do your absolute best in the league, finish as high as possible but we still are hungry to go and try and get into Cup Finals and that's exciting because whatever Cup final you're getting you're doing it with good close friends because we're all for this area.
00:58That's a big factor of change room and so I was being a good team spirit and anybody comes in and buys into it straight away and it's important to you hey boys to provide a good period of time to keep that installed in it because you could easily crumble that sort of kind of, if you need a good change room and you're obviously saying about you can't really compete with the bigger radios in the league, that's vital, you have to have a change room that's together and it's why I was going to, Lossay's I was being a good club for that and a long way I'll continue.
