00:08to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the International Day of Yoga.
00:14It is inspiring that the number of yoga events that are being held worldwide has doubled this year from last year.
00:21And this time, there are more than 2,000 yoga events held in over 1,300 locations in 191 countries,
00:31191 countries, ladies and gentlemen, of the world.
00:35So every country in the world is celebrating the International Day of Yoga with us.
00:42And now, we begin with the Common Yoga Protocol Session, 45 minutes of mindfulness, movement and inner harmony.
00:51May this morning energize your day and deepen our collective commitment to health and balance.
