Skaters from different parts of Metro Manila gathered for the annual Go Skateboarding Day celebration along Roxas Boulevard in Manila on Saturday, June 21. The ride started at Rajah Sulayman Park and ended at Liwasang Bonifacio, celebrating the unity and passion of the local skate scene.

Go Skateboarding Day is a global event that originated in New York City in 2004, with the goal of promoting skateboarding and encouraging people of all ages to get on a board and ride. In the Philippines, it has grown into a much-anticipated celebration among skaters, drawing crowds and highlighting the vibrant street culture in urban areas. (MB video by Mark Balmores)
