00:23no equipment at all all right so for the workout format we're going to take you through a total of
00:2720 different exercises no repeat all right we're going 50 seconds of work and then we'll give you
00:33a 10 second break in between each exercise so we're going to split this up into groups of 10
00:38so we'll go all the way through 10 exercises we'll give you a 60 second long break and then we'll
00:43finish up with that last 10 exercises okay so go as hard as you can for each and every exercise so
00:48if you need modifications you can follow me for those all right and again this is full body so
