00:05come back to it whenever you need. Heavenly Father, you are the creator of all things,

00:11the source of life and health. I come before you today with a humble heart,

00:16seeking your healing touch. Lord, you know the struggles and pains that many of us carry,

00:21seen and unseen. You know the battles with illness, the weariness in our bodies,

00:27the heaviness in our minds, and the doubts in our spirits. I ask you now to pour out your healing

00:33power on every part of my body that is weak or hurting. Renew my cells, restore my strength,

00:39and revive my energy. Let your life-giving breath flow through me, bringing wholeness and peace.

00:46Heal my heart from any anxiety or fear that threatens my well-being. Calm my mind when

00:51worries try to overwhelm me. Father, grant me patience and courage as I walk through this

00:57time of healing. Help me to trust in your perfect timing and infinite wisdom. Teach me to care for

01:04my body as a temple of your Holy Spirit, nourishing it with rest, good food, and healthy choices.

01:10Fill me with hope even when the path is long and difficult. Surround me with the love and support of

01:17family, friends, and community who lift me up and encourage me. Thank you for your endless mercy

01:23and grace for never leaving me alone, and for promising to work all things together for good.

01:30May your healing presence shine brightly in my life, so I may be a witness of your love and power.
