00:26tungkol sa inihahing reklamo ng House of Representatives, kaugnay ng umunima ng maliang paggamit ng confidential funds.

00:34Sa order na inisyo ngayon at eksesibong ipinakita sa GMA Integrated News,

00:39inatasan ng Ombudsman si Duterte na magbigay ng kanyang kontra sa Laysay sa loob ng sampung araw.

00:45Ito ay laban sa reklamong isinampan ang kamera nitong lunes para sa umunay plunder,

00:49technical malversation, falsification, use of falsified documents, perjury, bribery, corruption of public officers,

00:57betrayal of public trust, at culpable violation of the Constitution.

01:01June 10 ang irekomendahan ng House Committee on Good Governance and Public Accountability

01:06na sampahan ng reklamo si Duterte at iba pa,

01:08nasa umunima ng maliang paggamit ng 500 million pesos ng confidential funds

01:13noong Office of the Vice President at 112.5 million pesos na confidential funds naman ng Department of Education.

01:21Kabilang sa iba pang sinampahan ng reklamo ng Chief of Staff de Duterte na si Atty. Soleika Lopez,

01:26mga disbursing officer niya sa sina Edward Fajarda at Gina Acosta,

01:30at Assistant Secretary niya na si Atty. Sunshine Fajarda.

01:33Sabit din sa reklamo si na Colonel Raymond Dan Neladshika,

01:36Commander ng Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group,

01:39at Lieutenant Colonel Dennis Nolasco.

01:41Ayon sa ombudsman, kung hindi makakapagsumite ng kanilang counter-affidavit ang mga respondent,

01:46ay itinutuling na itong waiver nila at itutuloy na ang preliminary investigation sa reklamo.

01:52Sinusubukan namin kunan ang pahayagang kampo ni VP Sara at ng iba pang mga respondent.
