00:00I think the one thing that helps the Pacers here

00:04is that this guy, Halliburton, has this calf strain.

00:08So for two days, they're going to treat that

00:10and roll that and massage that and work it

00:13and do whatever, thumper it, whatever they can

00:15to get him ready to go.

00:17But I have to tell you, Mitch, seriously, straight up,

00:20people said, I heard everyone say,

00:23oh, you couldn't tell he was injured.

00:24I'm like, my ass, I could tell.

00:26You know why he couldn't get off the ground.

00:28His shot was short.

00:28He was turning the ball over.

00:30He couldn't defend anybody.

00:32And he never got to his spots and space at all

00:35because he didn't have to step back when his calves popped out.

00:39So I don't think, you know, I play a lot of ball.

00:41And I don't believe for one minute,

00:43I've never seen a guy pull or strain his calf

00:46and be back in two days or be effective ever.

00:50I've never seen anyone I play with pulls their calf.

00:53They're done for two weeks.

00:55NBA player, two days.

00:56I'm not buying it.

00:57I don't think he can be effective.

01:01I think he will be a compromised version.

01:04I think he could get re-injured.

01:05There's always that possibility.

01:07He can make it worse.

01:08And he'll be a liability on the court.

01:10And you talked about defensively.

01:12You know, it's amazing.

01:13I know, listen, they put up, what, 120 points, Oklahoma,

01:16in taking a serious lead the other night

01:19when he was really, that fourth quarter, he was hideous.

01:21But they didn't even really go at him.

01:24You know, I'm looking for him to go at him.

01:26And they had other defenders on Jalen Williams or other defenders on SGA.

01:31Okay, fine.

01:31But I agree with you.

01:32This is a nightmare scenario for the Pacers if he is not 100%.

01:38He's not going to be close to 100%.

01:39So I think he's going to turn out where he's going to have some decent moments.

01:45Like I said, never close the door on could it get worse.

01:49And he'll cost them some big, big-time turnovers.

01:52It was almost like he was also a step slow and way behind things the other night.

01:57When he, you know, even in the fourth quarter, Rick Carlisle said,

02:00well, you know, he helped us get back to within two.

02:02But in those last nine minutes, a couple of big turnovers, and he just was awful.

02:07Here's a guy who's played elite-level basketball

02:09with great clutch shots at the end of these playoff games.

02:13The other night, he was absolutely dreadful.

02:16And as a team, they're falling apart, too, because their turnovers are,

02:19these last two games, the turnovers are absolutely killing him.

02:23And if he continues to turn the ball over, that's going to just help Oklahoma City,

02:28even if they're on the road in a hostile environment.
