01:00.
01:07Okay.
01:09It should be.
01:12We should be streaming.
01:13We are streaming now.
01:14Yep.
01:15Here we go.
01:16Oh, nice, nice, nice.
01:17Yep.
01:18So let me connect.
01:20I'm going to connect the chat.
01:22All right, so one of the destinations didn't get, it didn't get to, but it's okay.
01:51I can go back and upload it there.
01:58All right, well, here we go.
02:09Great, great, great.
02:14So, my name is Monita, and I am with a show called, let me put this back, this ticker back
02:27to the film screening lab.
02:30I'm with a show called The Film Screening Lab, and today we are here with Mr. Grant, Grant
02:44McKnight.
02:45And Mr. McKnight, tell me where you're coming from.
02:48No.
02:49Okay.
02:50Hi, everybody.
02:51It's an honor to be here.
02:54My name is Grant McKnight.
02:56I'm a film composer from Zambia.
02:58I'm a film musical composer.
03:00And yeah, it's great to be here.
03:03Okay.
03:04Well, perfect.
03:05Thank you very much.
03:06And Mr. Conley, where, and where are you calling, where are you coming from?
03:15I'm calling from Nigeria.
03:18Yeah.
03:19Nigeria.
03:20Okay.
03:21So, we're really like literally around the world today.
03:24Yeah.
03:25Yeah.
03:26Okay.
03:27They're global.
03:28Yeah, global.
03:30And of course, everyone knows I'm from the United States.
03:35So, anyway, so we are here.
03:41So, Mr. McKnight, tell me what exactly that you do over there in Zambia?
03:49Okay.
03:50So, over here, basically, initially, I've been a music producer.
03:57Like, I've been producing music for just some local artists here and there.
04:02A bit of cover.
04:03But now, my newfound passion is composing.
04:07Like, making music for film.
04:09I compose a music for film.
04:11Being able to tell stories through sound.
04:14Okay.
04:15Because I discovered that inner man shape, picture is important.
04:19But also, a picture without sound, that's wild.
04:22Right.
04:23Exactly.
04:24Exactly.
04:25Imagine Avengers without sound.
04:30Avengers or Black Panther without sound.
04:32That's, you know.
04:33Exactly.
04:34So, I decided to really just go all in into making music for film, composing, and creating.
04:45Being able to tell stories through the music I get to make.
04:48Right.
04:49So, yeah.
04:50So, yeah.
04:51So, my, my, the model, the role models that I have are two people worldwide.
04:57Two.
04:58One of the person is Hans Zimmer from Germany.
05:04He's a German film composer.
05:05And Ludwig Goranson.
05:07Yeah.
05:08So, these guys have made most of the music we listen to for the news.
05:14And for me, I'm, I'm, I'm working to be one of the best composers here in Zambia.
05:20And then hopefully, you know, Africa.
05:22Yeah.
05:23So, yeah.
05:24Around the world.
05:25You're going to be here.
05:26Around the world, you know.
05:27Exactly.
05:28Because I, I believe, I believe I'm a very good, I believe I'm a storyteller.
05:32And the way I tell stories is just through music and through sound.
05:36Right.
05:37Yeah.
05:38That's such a dope way to think about it.
05:39I've never thought about it like that, you know.
05:41But yeah, you are telling stories too, just through sound.
05:44And that's, that's, that's actually pretty dope the way you do it.
05:48The way you think of it, you know, you have to be really unique in how you think.
05:52You know, so.
05:56So, let me ask you something.
05:58So, do you, do you work with other artists and composers out there?
06:03Currently, not yet.
06:07It's, because like in my country, composing is not a big deal.
06:12But I want to really, so really like bring the awareness of like, yo, we need this.
06:20This is very highly needed because in America, a film composer is very important.
06:26It is.
06:27I know that for a fact.
06:28Like, it's a big deal.
06:29Yeah.
06:30Actually, music runs the world, to be honest with you, if you think about it.
06:35I mean, we start off with our kids, teaching our kids music by teaching them with music and songs and ABCs.
06:45And then all the way up until, all the way up until, you know, adult, when we, we start learning things.
06:54So, it's like music runs through everything.
06:57You have commercials, you do, you know, everything.
07:00Everything is through.
07:01Everything.
07:02Run through music, you know.
07:04So, so tell me something.
07:07Tell me about your mission.
07:08Like, what's your mission and, and, and think that, what made you want to start that, start composing music?
07:17Um, so this movie I watched.
07:21Okay.
07:22Yeah.
07:23So somebody, I never used to go to the cinemas.
07:26So, and then this one time, this one lady just started to take me out to go and watch a movie.
07:32So, you go, and yo, like, like, you know where, like, you have one, that one experience and your whole life changes because of.
07:43Right.
07:44Exactly.
07:45One.
07:46Exactly.
07:47Try to get that back.
07:48That's it.
07:49So, I can tell you, the film I was watching even, it was Black Panther.
07:55Yes.
07:56Oh, that was one of your favorites.
07:59They were like, choo, choo, choo, choo, choo.
08:02Right.
08:03Right.
08:04You know, you don't even understand the language, but you're like, oh my God.
08:09The amount of culture which is carried just through this music.
08:12You know, the amount of storytelling that is done just through this music is to a point where you can, you feel like as if you're not alone anymore just because of how they're making the music, you know.
08:26Right.
08:27So, I'm just like.
08:28Right.
08:29So, my mission is to be able to tell stories that encourages and uplift people in their music, you know.
08:38Okay.
08:39To uplift people through this.
08:41So, for example, so like right now I was working on something called introspection, like helping people even discovering themselves.
08:48So, imagine where there's a movie and then there's this score or this track that has come on and it puts you in a space where you start reflecting upon your life.
08:58But it's in a movie.
08:59Right.
09:00Exactly.
09:01Right.
09:02Right.
09:03It's in a movie like.
09:04No.
09:05Right.
09:06That's actually true.
09:07Yeah.
09:08Yeah.
09:09Yeah.
09:10You start reflecting.
09:11Oh my God, I need to work on this.
09:13I need to be better.
09:14Oh, I need to do this.
09:15You know.
09:16And you find that actually I can, I can tell you as most people that even gets to be the only time they get to address certain matters that they didn't address in their life.
09:25Or because of being triggered by the sound they're hearing in the field.
09:28That's true.
09:29Yeah.
09:30That's true.
09:31And actually with music, it's more, it's, you can carry it everywhere you go nowadays.
09:36Like you can't always watch, you don't have, you can do, listen to music and you can do other things.
09:42You can't do that with a movie.
09:44You have to focus and pay attention.
09:46Yes.
09:47Oh, yes.
09:48Actually, that's the only way, but that's the very unfortunate part.
09:52If somebody is not paying attention while they're watching a movie, they're going to miss the whole thing.
09:56You missed the whole thing.
09:57You missed the whole thing.
09:58The whole thing.
09:59The amount of details we put into this.
10:02Hey.
10:03Yo.
10:04Like, if you, if you hear, even that's the theme of Black Panther.
10:07That chan-chan-chan, chan-chan-chan, chan-chan-chan.
10:09Right.
10:10Right.
10:11You know.
10:12That's so cool.
10:13That's so cool.
10:14You know, so I'm just like, well, I'm going to be able, I want to do my, so for example,
10:26in my country here, I know very few people are doing it.
10:30It might even be the first, the old one, actually, or the first, one of the few people to believe
10:35that this is highly needed.
10:37And we need to be, we are, we need to have people that, we need to have like a sound that
10:43every project needs to have its own sound identity.
10:46Like, whatever film it is, it needs to have its own sound that represents the vision and the feeling,
10:56you know, without following anywhere.
10:58But it being inspired by the story of the project, you know.
11:01Right.
11:02So my mission is to be able to tell as many stories as possible through music.
11:08Right.
11:09Of any project.
11:10Right.
11:11That's my mission.
11:12Being able to just translate the story through the sound and the music I get to make for a project.
11:17That's pretty unique because every person that comes through there, that's, you have to actually
11:22really like think about how you, how you, it through your eyes, see that person and match it,
11:30you know, and to be able to make it big enough to where that they, you know, they could actually say,
11:38okay, that's me.
11:39That's my, that's mine.
11:40Yeah, exactly.
11:41So imagine where you're interpreting someone's vision.
11:44Right.
11:45So like now you're doing it in your way that you understand it.
11:49Right.
11:50Exactly.
11:51So do you put, do you do words to it?
11:53Do you add words?
11:54Or is it just?
11:55No.
11:56So currently, so currently I, you know, I'm a very big believer in using music as the language.
12:09Yeah.
12:10So in a way, for me, the communication is a feeling it gives you.
12:17If, if you're able to feel what I want you to feel, I don't need words.
12:22Right.
12:23Exactly.
12:24I like that.
12:25That's actually really cool.
12:26There you go.
12:27And then, but hopefully I get, I get to, I'm hoping to meet a few people who are as passionate
12:31about this as I am or who at least, because the problem is everybody's just following the pop culture.
12:37Everyone wants to go to things that are trending.
12:39Oh, you want to go to the most happening thing.
12:43But how about being the person who gets to create the most happening thing, you know?
12:47Right.
12:48Exactly.
12:49So what people music do, what's the name of like, what genre would you classify yourself
12:53in?
12:54Like what?
12:55I would say, I would say African orchestra, like blending African rhythms with orchestra.
13:02Okay.
13:03Yeah.
13:04Like.
13:05That's different.
13:06Like.
13:07Yeah.
13:08Like imagine, just like the way, when you hear black bands, there's orchestra in there,
13:12but there's also traditional drums.
13:14Yeah.
13:15And it's a world.
13:16Like.
13:17Right.
13:18Okay.
13:19What hurts me the most is the person who did it is not African.
13:23He's not even in Africa.
13:25He's in Sweden.
13:26Right.
13:27So.
13:28He had to come one way.
13:29So, yeah.
13:30Can you sell your music or, or, or how do you, how do you connect with other people?
13:37So right now I'm working on, I'm working on building a music library, like of like 150
13:45scores.
13:46Okay.
13:47And creating a platform where people can just go onto the, we are creating a platform where
13:53people can just go into a music library and pick which sound they want and be able to
14:00purchase from there.
14:01Okay.
14:02I'm trying to create a platform.
14:03Yeah.
14:04Click and download.
14:05Yeah.
14:06Download and then you get to make payment and do whatever.
14:09You even get to receive your license or whatever, just like that, without even talking
14:15to me.
14:16Okay.
14:17Okay.
14:18So you trying to run it and get money in your sleep.
14:21That's what you're doing.
14:22Yeah.
14:23Yeah.
14:24Because the thing is, it's really annoying where you have, like you, where you have, you
14:32know, you have this, but in your own country is, they don't think it's important.
14:38Like, but we immediately go out there in the world.
14:39Yeah.
14:40Yeah.
14:41Yeah.
14:42Like, you know, so it's really just, it's really just like exposure because even though
14:55you in your country and where you are, your crowd may not see it, the value of it, but
15:01actually, you know, you go to another part or another group or social group or something,
15:08and they'll be able to see the value of it.
15:11Sometimes it's, it's, it's, it's crazy.
15:13If you just right here, people don't recognize it, but if you like spread it out, then it's,
15:19it's like, okay, you know, there's more than just 200 people that I know there's this,
15:26the whole world out here who, who can actually have value for it.
15:31So really, it's really just exposure and getting your brand out and let the right people see
15:36it.
15:37Trust me, if it's the, of course it's good, but the right people will come, you know,
15:42the right out there that we don't even know how they even, how it even became a hit.
15:49You know, it's really just like exposure.
15:57So, and I guess you came to the right place.
16:00We got, just got to keep doing it.
16:01Keep doing it.
16:02Don't, don't give up when you dream because there's somebody out that is going to hear
16:07it, going to, going to, and going to connect and going to say, okay, this is it.
16:12This is what I need.
16:13You know, this is what I, so, so let me ask yourself, let me ask yourself.
16:17So what, so, I mean, do what, if you looking at, looking at, at, at, at us and like me,
16:25so what type of music would you say that I, how would you tell my story from what you
16:31know?
16:32I would, I would literally, because for me, a voice, a voice for me, really, really contains
16:40a lot of information, but if I can hear your voice, that's all I need.
16:49Okay.
16:50Okay.
16:51Yeah.
16:52Like, oh, okay.
16:53It's like, but for, for someone, anybody to be able to, I call it, uh, is it decrypting?
16:59You know, where like something is locked and then you, you get to unlock it.
17:04Okay.
17:05You now get to see, yeah.
17:06So like, to be able to decrypt the voice, you just have to simply pay attention and really
17:11be intentional about listening.
17:12Okay.
17:13So I'm a good listener.
17:14Okay.
17:15So like, literally, I, cause for you mostly, I would create something with violins.
17:20It's just violins and violins.
17:22Violins.
17:23Okay.
17:24Yeah.
17:25Like a violin.
17:26Okay.
17:27Beautiful.
17:28I mean, oh, so let me, let me ask you something.
17:33So do you have, would you mind playing some of your music now?
17:38Do you have anything available where you can hear, where we can play?
17:42You can play it.
17:43Um, I can, I can take it.
17:45So right now I'm not able to, because I'm, I don't have power.
17:49I don't have power, but I can direct to my, to my YouTube, on my YouTube channel.
17:54Okay.
17:55There's a piece that I, that I created.
17:58It's called, this is Lusaka.
18:00So Lusaka is like, so I can, I don't know if you're able to access YouTube and just go
18:06to my channel cause, and then I can either send you a link directly, or I can just tell
18:12you the name to just follow it on YouTube and play it.
18:15Okay.
18:16So what's your YouTube?
18:18Yeah.
18:19So the YouTube is called McKnight World TV.
18:21So M A C K N I G H P.
18:28Uh huh.
18:29Then world TV.
18:31I'm going to put it onto this.
18:34Um, I'm going to put it on the, the live too.
18:37Nice, nice, nice.
18:38That's nice.
18:39So when I'm not, when I'm not, when I'm not, when I'm not making music for film, I DJ.
18:44Okay.
18:45So, so like right now I have this, this is the item I get to do this.
18:52Okay.
18:53So you have the whole set up there.
18:54So you do.
18:55So that's what you do.
18:56That's nice.
18:57Actually.
18:58Yeah.
18:59So mostly I can say that I believe I am music.
19:02Yeah.
19:03Yeah.
19:04Yeah.
19:05Yeah.
19:06So, so just see if we can have access to it.
19:07So, uh, see, maybe you can load it up and then the name of the video you'll be playing.
19:17It's called.
19:18Um, this is Lusaka.
19:21This is okay.
19:23What is Lusaka mean?
19:25Or what is that?
19:26Okay.
19:27So.
19:28Oh, yes.
19:29Go ahead.
19:30No, no.
19:31Go ahead.
19:32I think it's the capital of, um, yeah.
19:36Um, Zambia.
19:39Right.
19:40Yeah.
19:41So.
19:42Yes.
19:43Yes.
19:44It's the capital city of Lusaka.
19:45So for me, so for me is I was, when I was creating that score, somebody put up a video
19:54or like very nice view of Lusaka.
19:57And then, and then he had, he, he added hip hop music.
20:02I was like, why would you do this?
20:05So I, I, I, I located the person, called him and said, yo, I want to make something
20:12for this.
20:13And then he said, okay, go on.
20:15And that's how I ended up making this score.
20:17Cause I, I believe I was showcasing the, the spiritual cause music is spiritual, you know?
20:22So I believe I was showcasing the spiritual side of Lusaka.
20:26So like, so imagine the spiritual side of your city.
20:29There's a physical where you can see everything, you know, now the atmosphere, what is contained,
20:35you know, being represented by sounds, you know, but yeah.
20:39Right.
20:40Right.
20:41Okay.
20:42Okay.
20:43Okay.
20:44So spell Lusaka for me.
20:45So it's L-U-S-A.
20:46L-U-S-A.
20:47C-A.
20:48K-A.
20:49K-A.
20:50K-A.
20:51K-A.
20:52No.
20:53Yeah.
20:54So L-U-S-A.
20:55L-U-S-A.
20:56K-A.
20:57K-A.
20:58Okay.
20:59K-A.
21:00Okay.
21:01Okay.
21:02Do you ever record your, have you ever recorded yourself, uh, doing DJ work?
21:08Yeah.
21:09So everything I do now.
21:12So, because in my account, I couldn't find any platform where I can showcase my work.
21:17So now everything I do, I put it on YouTube.
21:20So all the work I do now.
21:22So, so even in the channel, there are videos of me playing as well.
21:27Okay.
21:28And, and then, and just this Friday, I'll be recording my first sets, you know, so it's
21:34going to be on YouTube, like a two hour set of me playing live as well.
21:39This will be like the first one, but there's a small snippet videos of me DJing.
21:43You will see it in the short section, like on, on, on the, on the channel in the shorts.
21:48Okay.
21:49That's actually exciting.
21:51That's actually exciting.
21:52Cause I love music too.
21:53And so you call it what you call it.
21:55So you're in a genre all by yourself.
21:57Yeah.
21:58You've made your own genre.
21:59So it's orchestra.
22:00Okay.
22:01So, okay.
22:02So for, for, for, for, for, for, for, for, for, for, for.
22:06So it's orchestra, so for me, I think music, there's either good music or bad music.
22:19You know, I don't believe in genres, you know, so like if something is good, it's good.
22:24So, but I know generally how people get to understand, maybe when we say commercial perspective
22:29way of it, but good music is good music anywhere in the world.
22:34Either way I go.
22:35Exactly.
22:36Everywhere you go.
22:37Like if it's a good song, it's a good song.
22:39If it's a bad song, we're not going to listen to it.
22:42You know, but it's, it's that simple for me.
22:46So I only find out the genre of something after I've already made it.
22:50That's when you find out.
22:51Oh, this is actually after beat.
22:53Oh, this is actually this, you know, after.
22:57So do you do any competitions or talent shows or anything out there?
23:02What, what goes on out there in Zambia when you make your move, your, your stuff, your music?
23:07Trust me.
23:08I'm just doing what I can do with a little influence and space that I have.
23:14Because for the longest of time, I couldn't do anything because I thought there's no way I can showcase my work to.
23:20You know, even the music that I play, it's very different.
23:23You know, because for me, I think I, this is how I look at it.
23:28Okay.
23:29I live in, I know, I just live in Zambia.
23:32I'm an African who lives in Zambia.
23:36You know?
23:39Yeah.
23:40Yeah.
23:41Because even the music I get to play, it's, I believe Zambia is part of Africa, you know, but it's not the only country.
23:47There are so many.
23:48So like the culture is so rich.
23:50So to be able to be demarcating, I feel like music enables us to unite all the countries into one.
24:01Right.
24:02So that's, that even, so because of that, I feel like I'm like an agent or a vessel which God maybe uses to unite the people through music, you know?
24:15Right.
24:16Right.
24:17To make visions, you know, like that.
24:20I do.
24:21I like that.
24:22So, so how does your, so what are the platform other than YouTube, do you have any other platforms out there?
24:28Is it in Zambia?
24:31Yeah, they're there.
24:32But for me, um, I think I only trust YouTube at the moment.
24:37Right.
24:38So there are social media platforms, eh?
24:40Yeah.
24:41I've never, this is the first time I've been coming out.
24:44I used to hate social media.
24:46So I stayed out here for a very long time.
24:48So even getting on YouTube just like, ah!
24:51Right.
24:52All right.
24:53Do you?
24:54So now YouTube is like the only place.
24:56And then hopefully, now the news, the scores I'll be making, I'm, I'm going to be putting them on Spotify so that people can just listen in.
25:04Right.
25:05Just on Spotify.
25:06That's what I was going to ask.
25:07That's what I was wondering.
25:08If you guys had like iHeart and Spotify and things like that out there.
25:12Yeah.
25:13Not iHeart, but we have Spotify.
25:14I don't know about iHeart, but I know about Spotify here.
25:17For me, that's, that's my number one streaming right now.
25:20Right.
25:21Because even the scores that I get to listen to, I listen to them on, on Spotify.
25:26And that's what I've, yeah.
25:28Yeah.
25:29Yeah.
25:30I would say that.
25:31Okay.
25:32Okay.
25:33Well, we're on Spotify.
25:34We have a podcast on Spotify.
25:35So.
25:36Oh, nice.
25:37Yeah.
25:38So this will kind of, this will eventually go on Spotify as well.
25:41So you may be there.
25:42That's going to be nice.
25:43Yay!
25:44Yay!
25:45Yay!
25:46Yay!
25:47You'll be there soon.
25:48Well, so do you have any, do you have an Instagram?
25:53Yes, I do have Instagram.
25:56Do you?
25:57Okay.
25:58So how about you let everybody know what your Instagram is and then I could, I'll also put
26:05it on the stream when I post it.
26:08Okay.
26:09Okay.
26:10So I don't know, should I write in the chat or I can just tell you right now?
26:14Whatever.
26:15You can say it.
26:16You can just say it.
26:17You can just say it now.
26:18And I'll, I'll.
26:19Okay.
26:20So if you could put it in the chat too, it'll be easier for me.
26:23I'll write it down.
26:24And then I will.
26:25So, um, and then I'll put it in the live when I post it.
26:32Okay.
26:33Okay.
26:34Okay.
26:35So I'm just, so I'm just writing out.
26:36So the thing is, it's called McKnight Musician.
26:40I've just texted it in the chat, but that's the one, McKnight Musician on Instagram.
26:46That's Instagram.
26:47Okay.
26:48Yes, that's Instagram.
26:49And do you have your music there too?
26:52Um, just say snippets of it.
26:55So Instagram, I, I, I have, it's, it's not like when my main, but I use it.
27:03It's, it's there.
27:04It's, but I don't put, I have some of them are there actually.
27:08Even the one that I wanted to play for you is also there as well.
27:12YouTube is a good platform too.
27:13So you're most of them on YouTube, right?
27:14Yes.
27:15Yes.
27:16Most of them are on YouTube.
27:17YouTube is like my home at the moment.
27:18Exactly.
27:19Exactly.
27:20Okay.
27:21Well, it was great talking to you.
27:22And so for, um, I will send you the link and I'll let you know, all of the plans.
27:27Okay.
27:28Okay.
27:29Well, it was great talking to you.
27:34And so for, um, I will send you the link and I'll let you know all of the plans.
27:41Uh, you know, all of the platforms that it is, uh, that you'll be able to watch it, including
27:46on TV.
27:47And also, uh, I'm going to look up your YouTube so that we could go ahead and, um, and put
27:55that there and see how we could possibly get more of your music.
28:00Okay.
28:01Yeah.
28:02I'm working on that.
28:03That's my new mission at the moment.
28:05Just creating as much as I can.
28:07I'm like a carpenter.
28:08Uh, my job is just great.
28:09Continue making chairs.
28:11Right.
28:12Not to complain.
28:13Just making chairs.
28:15Didn't you say that you had something new coming out?
28:19Yes, yes, yes, yes.
28:21So, uh, it's, so this, this will be the first, uh, track that I'll be releasing.
28:28That's going to be like on Spotify and everywhere.
28:31Okay.
28:32It's called introspection.
28:33Yeah.
28:34Introspection.
28:35Yes.
28:36Introspection.
28:37Introspection.
28:38That's going to be neat to hear.
28:40I can't wait to hear that.
28:41So is it, is it hip hop and a mix with the orchestra?
28:46No.
28:47Okay.
28:48I got it.
28:49I got it here.
28:50No, I'm curious.
28:51Yeah.
28:52Yeah.
28:53When you're hearing, it's going to be like you're watching a movie, but without picture.
28:58Okay.
28:59Okay.
29:00Yeah.
29:01Yeah.
29:02So creating, uh, uh, creating, uh, a story through your music without words.
29:12Yes.
29:13I will.
29:14So, so I call it for example.
29:16Yeah.
29:17Uh, so like, for example, like the introspection is, uh, it's the, the whole idea is where, well,
29:24you know, cause everybody's really busy and they're awake.
29:27They're always waking and they're always in their busy spaces.
29:31And then they just take one moment to just pause and go inside within themselves.
29:38You know, and then just, and they start taking a journey within yourself.
29:42Like finding out, seeing who you really are.
29:46And, you know, cause maybe they are feeling bad and you start discovering about yourself.
29:50You're finding actually a great person.
29:52You're a nice person.
29:53You start smiling, you know, and you also start finding things you do.
29:56You also start finding things you didn't know as well.
29:58And then now it becomes the whole, it's like, as if it's like therapy, but by yourself, just
30:03through the music.
30:04It actually is.
30:05It actually is.
30:06It actually is.
30:07Yeah.
30:08It actually is therapy.
30:09I mean, and you know what, when you think about it, um, years ago, a long time ago,
30:17people met, they had silent movies and we didn't need, they didn't need words.
30:22They didn't need words to you, but you knew what they, what was happening.
30:29And look at, um, for example, um, there's a movie King Kong.
30:35King Kong don't talk in the movie.
30:37No, no, no, no, no.
30:38Yeah.
30:39He doesn't talk, but you can feel him.
30:41Like he's about to watch somebody.
30:44Exactly.
30:45But you feel him and you know exactly what's going to happen.
30:48And you, you still are able to connect with them in a different, you know?
30:53So.
30:54Yeah.
30:55So we don't wait.
30:56We don't wait.
30:57You know?
30:58Yeah.
30:59That's actually really dope.
31:01Really.
31:02Don't wait.
31:03Um, to explain it.
31:05So, yeah, I'm excited.
31:07I can't wait to hear it.
31:08Can't wait to hear it.
31:09Especially introspection as well, but I'm going to go on your YouTube and connect everything
31:15and put everything there so everyone can hear it and hear it if you want.
31:21And do you have a way where people can connect with you if they did want to get some of your
31:27music?
31:28Um, honestly, right now, maybe through Instagram or just even WhatsApp, honestly, at the moment,
31:37at the moment, it's like, I'm more of a very, like very connected, you know?
31:43So, so I can say that Instagram would be one way.
31:47And then also just maybe direct, either direct call.
31:50Okay.
31:51I mean, either like on WhatsApp.
31:53Yeah.
31:54Okay.
31:55Facebook-ish, no.
31:56Facebook, no.
31:57I only spend like one hour in two months on Facebook.
32:02Okay.
32:03Oh, wow.
32:04That's actually great.
32:06But Instagram, I know, you know, but yeah.
32:10Okay.
32:11Okay.
32:12Okay.
32:13Well, what I'm going to do, I'll probably connect them to your, um, I'll probably put your DM
32:19on there.
32:20So that if anybody wants to connect with you that way, everyone may not have WhatsApp yet,
32:26but you can, you'll be able to, if you wanted to connect with them through that, you can just
32:30tell them how to download it and then give them your WhatsApp number at that time.
32:34Yes.
32:35Yes.
32:36Yes.
32:37Yes.
32:38Yes.
32:39Yes.
32:40Yes.
32:41Definitely.
32:42So, um, so Instagram would be the best actually right now.
32:43Yeah.
32:44Okay.
32:45Well, thank you so much for connecting with us.
32:49Grant.
32:50Grant.
32:51We, we really, um, I really can't wait to hear your music and excited to talk to you all
32:56the way from United States to Zambia.
32:59Yay.
33:00Yes.
33:01Yes.
33:02You know, we are connected in this speech to the music.
33:05Yes.
33:06Exactly.
33:07You know, I'll tell you, music is something.
33:09And thank you kindly for helping us, uh, move forward.
33:13Yeah.
33:15Yeah.
33:16Thank you so much.
33:18For sure.
33:19For sure.
33:20Yeah.
33:21Grant.
33:22Thanks for coming in as well.
33:24Yeah.
33:25No, it's an honor.
33:26You know, for me, it's a privilege to be here.
33:29I get to speak to amazing people.
33:31So I'm really honored.
33:33You know, I get to talk about a thing I really love.
33:36So, yes.
33:37You know, so I'm really grateful.
33:41All right.
33:42Well, I will be in touch.
33:44We will talk to you soon.
33:45And hopefully don't let it be another last time.
33:48No, no, no, no, no, no.
33:50That's the beginning.
33:51Yes.
33:52Beginning.
33:53Exactly.
33:54Exactly.
33:55But thank you.
33:56And talk to you later.
33:58Bye.
33:59All right.
34:01Bye.
34:02Bye.
34:03Yes.
