Heatwaves and Hosepipe Bans in the North East

What are your best tips for looking after your garden in this heat - and how do you feel about hosepipe bans?

00:12first thing in the morning before the sun comes up and I agree with

00:18horsepower bands because water you know we use too much water for things we

00:26don't need to. My dad would hate that. I know my mum loves using a

00:29watering can so I just say that. Yeah I guess that's what we have to do now then.

00:34Big of an issue get like a water bottle or something stick it under your drain pipe

00:38and then when it rains it'll collect. Yeah I don't think it's that big of a deal

00:41really. Is it really that deep? You can use your indoor taps can't you that sort of

00:46thing. If you need to water your plants like I think the only issue would be like

00:51is if you've got young kids isn't it well that's from where I'm from it's like

00:54people just complaining because they can't fill the paddling pools up and stuff

00:57but even then we used to do a bath.
