00:03I'll show you the three main types that you should know about because they're not all the same.
00:08First option, how to insert a link to an external web page.
00:11Select the text that you want to redirect to the page.
00:14Right click on the text.
00:16Here in the link option, you see that we have the file option, existing web page, here where it says address.
00:23We paste the URL of the page, click accept and that's it.
00:27To go to that page, well now, as time goes by, control click to follow link appears.
00:34We press control, click and the page opens.
00:38Second case, insert a link to a document title.
00:41For that, you have to have established titles in your document, as is the case with me.
00:45This is a title 2.
00:46This is a title 1.
00:48Select the text that you want to lead to that title in the document.
00:52Right click, link.
00:53In the left menu, select place in this document and here all the titles in the document will appear.
01:00Select the title, in this case, artificial intelligence in medicine and click accept.
01:05And notice that here in bookmarks we have nothing.
01:08I'll explain it to you now.
01:10We accept.
01:11And now if we press control click, it takes us to artificial intelligence in medicine, that position within the document, which is a heading 3 in this case.
01:22Third option, you want your link to take us to a place in the document that is not established as a heading.
01:27Here we first look for where we want it to take us.
01:30In my case, here to this text of most relevant applications.
01:34Just one word, for example, applications.
01:38Select the word go to insert.
01:39Insert a bookmark in links and give it a name, for example, relevant apps without spaces.
01:48Click on add and you see that the text does not change, it stays exactly the same.

01:57Select the text, right click, link in the left menu, place in this document.
02:02And as you can see in bookmarks, now the bookmark that we created previously appears, which is relevant apps.
02:07You select it, click on accept and it's that simple.
02:13Now, to go to that point, control and as you can see, it takes the cursor directly to the word applications, which is where we had created the bookmark.
