00:06In this video, we're going to see how to link an Excel spreadsheet to Word.

00:10In this case, the table we want to link would be this one.

00:15The first thing we're going to do is remove the background grid so that it doesn't appear in our Word document.

00:24Let's go to the View tab and click on Gridlines so that it doesn't appear.

00:30Let's go back to Home, select the table we want to link, right-click, and select Copy.

00:39Let's go to the Word document where we want to insert it.

00:44Let's select Paste, Paste Special, and here we're going to select Microsoft Spreadsheet X from the Object and Paste link.

00:52In this way, every time we make a change to our Excel spreadsheet, that change will be reflected in our table in Word.

01:04We can make this table bigger or smaller, we can modify it.
