00:09Figured that I was expecting anyway.

00:11But extracting it is proving extremely difficult.

00:22Yeah, he's a red-bellied.

00:24Got just enough room here.

00:27Where he can reach me on the tail.

00:28Nice little fella.

00:30These guys love it around these dunes.

00:32Yeah, he's one of my favourite snakes, the red-bellies.

00:35Get him in the bag, yep.

00:39There you go, little friend.

00:41Well, that was easier than I thought.

00:43When I saw all this, I was like, oh, no.

00:45Yeah.

00:46Didn't take forever.

00:47With the snake safely secured...

00:49Perfect. All right, let's get out of here.

00:53It can be released back into its natural environment.

01:11And the team strive to find the right release location for each snake species.

01:21So good that we managed to get him out of there, away from people.

01:22And it was a really busy road right there as well.

01:23So now at least we've got him a nice patch of bush out here, away from people.

01:39Yeah, it's heaps safer over this side and people don't want to come into contact with

01:44these guys either, so...

01:45All right, we'll just release this little fella, eh?

01:47Yep, I think he's keen to go.

01:50Wow, so camouflage, eh?

01:56He just disappeared, didn't he?

01:57Straight under the scrub.

01:58And so many people just come along walking tracks with a scrub like this and, like,

02:03Yeah, and he can disappear right there.

02:04Red bellies right there.
