00:14Speaking after a closed-door PKR event in Malacca on Thursday, Anwar said that he had

00:19received both resignation letters but has yet to accept them.

00:23He also expressed hope that the duo will remain in the Cabinet.

00:27On May 28, Rafizi resigned as Economy Minister, while Nik Nazmi stepped down from his post

00:33as Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability.

00:38Their resignations came after they lost in the recent PKR central leadership elections.

00:44At the same event, Anwar urged party members to set aside any dissatisfaction with the election

00:49results and strengthen unity within the party.

00:53He reminded members to stay open-minded and to move past differences of opinion for the

00:57sake of the party's agenda.
