00:18down. So making sure that you're applying for roles that are heavily aligned with your skill
00:24sets and experience roles that are not a stretch for you. I think now is not the time to be
00:30applying for a role that's many levels up. That's a stretch because that's going to go
00:34to a more experienced candidate in this market. Really niching down your search in terms of what
00:39you want. Is it remote, hybrid, in office? What type of leadership are you looking for? What type
00:44of team collaboration style are you looking for? Factor in all of those different things and niche
00:49your search down. When you have a narrow focused search, you're going to yield better results
00:54than casting a wide net.
