00:01Yes, but I'm not into gardening, but my mother was.
00:04I just get agitated because to me it's just that extra add-on
00:07where I could be doing a lot more around the house.
00:10So, like I said, I wouldn't say it's necessary.
00:12I don't think it should factor in with the cost of the house too much,
00:17if anything at all, really,
00:19because gardening is something you're in charge of personally, isn't it?
00:23But I think it's definitely something that should be encouraged.
00:26A nice garden space does make a big difference.
00:29Obviously, yeah, again, it's a situation where a lot of people can't afford the additional space
00:34and they've just got to put up with maybe balconies and stuff like that as their outside space.
00:42So, you know, in order to afford a property with a nice big garden or whatever,
00:48it's out of a lot of people's reach.
00:50My mother always prided herself on the garden.
00:53And, yeah, stepping out in a hot summer's day,
00:56and it's not just the flowers are pretty, it's all the insect life as well.
00:59Hi, Luke.
01:00So many of us, guys, thank you for watching.
