00:24They seek enrichment.

00:27We can't have enrichment.

00:28We want just the opposite.

00:32And so far, they're not there.

00:35I hate to say that because the alternative is a very, very dire one.

00:41But they're not there.

00:42They have given us their thoughts on the deal.
