00:00Hello everyone, I would like to ask, is there any saying or proverb that has influenced your life,
00:06Finance Hacked warmly greets you and our dear friends?
00:11For me, there are four words that have helped me see through the secrets of this world,
00:16mind creates reality.
00:19Many people only see this as a New Year's wish,
00:22but to me, these four words serve as a life motto, a vital reminder.
00:27It is thanks to them that I, starting with nothing as a student, have come to lack nothing today.
00:36I learned this from a book titled Finding Yourself, by author Trong Dukfan.
00:41It is no exaggeration to say that this book completely changed the way I have viewed the world since birth.
00:49It helped me understand that the gap between myself and the wealthy isn't about money.
00:54But rather the difference in our inner worlds, do you know?
01:00In fact, each of us is living in two worlds.
01:05When we open our eyes, the world we see is the physical world, or the external world.
01:12We often think that this world is the reality, but in truth, it is not.
01:17The external world is merely a reflection, while what truly determines our lives,
01:24whether we are rich or poor, happy or suffering, is our inner world,
01:29the world we feel when our eyes are closed.
01:33So what decides our thoughts?
01:36The answer is, indeed, our inner self.
01:39If you believe in your heart that you are poor, then your thoughts will belong to a poor person.
01:48You will feel that luxury items have nothing to do with you,
01:51you won't dare to expect that one day you might be able to buy them.
01:56And therefore, you will never seek to own them.
02:00As a result, you will forever live in poverty.
02:03When you can fully trust and consider yourself as a wealthy person,
02:14you will truly become rich, the sayings of old always have their reasons,
02:19yet later we have underestimated them, thinking of them as mere blessings.
02:24When I started with nothing, I embraced this principle from finding yourself.
02:29Thus, if you want me to share the book that I hold dear,
02:34the very first book I share is this one,
02:37because no matter how many methods of becoming rich are taught,
02:41if deep inside we carry the mindset of a poor person,
02:45we will never escape poverty.
02:47It is indeed true that even though my current income is much higher than many,
02:52my business is prospering, and my investments continuously yield profit,
02:57my parents still retain the mindset of a poor person.
03:02They do not believe that what I have achieved is real,
03:05they still live by frugal habits and are not accustomed to my generous spending.
03:11But the fact is, the more I spend, the more I earn,
03:15whereas the more they save, the poorer they become.
03:19I once said that only when you spend money does it truly become yours.
03:23Later, when my parents watched my videos,
03:28they partly understood why I could make money,
03:31but they still couldn't change their habits.
03:34Do you understand?
03:36This is what we call the subconscious, the power of our inner self.
03:42In essence, finding yourself explains how to change your subconscious
03:46to turn all your wishes into reality.
03:49In today's video, I will first recount a story from Robert Kiyosaki's fake
03:54to help everyone better understand the subconscious.
03:59Then, I will freely and fully share everything I have learned from finding yourself
04:03in the hope of giving everyone a chance to break free from a poverty mindset.
04:09But before we begin, I want to emphasize one thing.
04:12This channel was created to share wealth-building mindsets
04:16for entrepreneurs, investors, and the wealthy.
04:21If you want to receive free information on these topics,
04:24please subscribe to my channel and turn on the notification bell.
04:29I sincerely wish that all of you who have liked this video
04:33will soon achieve financial freedom,
04:35and I hope everyone can widely share the video
04:38so that more people may benefit.
04:40In fact, in Fake, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad
04:44also mentions a similar concept about the power of the inner self and the subconscious.
04:51Many may not know that Robert once had an out-of-body experience
04:55while on military duty in his youth.
04:59During one helicopter mission, the engine suddenly malfunctioned.
05:03In such a critical situation, most people would panic and despair.
05:10But at that very moment, when life and death hung in the balance,
05:14Robert's soul seemed to separate from his body.
05:18Some spiritual masters called this the state of becoming an observer.
05:23In that moment, he felt as if he were in another dimension,
05:27seeing himself and his comrades from the outside.
05:30Time seemed to stand still, yet he was not afraid.
05:35Instead, he felt calm, filled with compassion and love.
05:40He described that in that moment, he focused solely on the present.
05:46Completely transcending the constraints of time.
05:50When the helicopter was about to plunge into the water,
05:53he adjusted the controls and saved himself.
05:56In my view, at that critical moment,
06:00Robert was not thinking with his rational mind,
06:03but with his heart, his subconscious.
06:07That is why he was able to calmly handle the situation and survive.
06:12This is the power of spirituality.
06:16You might feel that this is too mystical and not entirely clear,
06:20but once you hear the following story,
06:22you will recognize the difference between thinking with reason and thinking with the heart.
06:27The story goes like this.
06:29Each of us is, in fact, a small angel who fell down to earth.
06:35At that time, God needed some volunteers to come down to earth to build paradise.
06:40But he considered this a tremendously difficult task.
06:46Many angels did not understand why it was so hard.
06:51One of them asked God, and he replied,
06:54Because I have given humans a brain.
06:57The angel, puzzled, asked,
07:00What's wrong with that?
07:02God answered,
07:04Because when humans have brains,
07:06they let it control everything and gradually forget about paradise.
07:10When they have a brain,
07:12the first thing their parents do is to teach their children to think like them,
07:17and then in school, teachers continue to define what is smart or foolish.
07:23The angel then asked,
07:24So, is our mission to overcome the control of the brain,
07:28to remember that we are angels and strive to create paradise on earth?
07:33God replied,
07:35Exactly.
07:36The angel asked again,
07:38But what if we do not remember?
07:40God answered,
07:42If you do not remember,
07:44you will continue to die and be reborn,
07:47repeating the cycle of reincarnation until you realize who you truly are.
07:52If you believe in Buddhism,
07:54this might remind you of the concept of the six realms of reincarnation.
07:59Many people mistakenly think that reincarnation means suffering in hell,
08:04but it is not so.
08:07Reincarnation is simply the continuous cultivation of the self in life until enlightenment is reached and one becomes a Buddha.
08:15It is not by chance that many wealthy and successful individuals follow Buddhism.
08:21There is profound reasoning behind it.
08:24But, returning to the story, God said that when humans come down to earth, they are taught how to pray.
08:31That is the way for them to communicate with him, yet when people pray, only they speak while he remains silent.
08:38The little angel then asked,
08:41So how do you speak with us?
08:44God replied,
08:45I am always with you and speaking to you, but you no longer hear my voice.
08:51Only when your mind quiets down, when you are truly silent, will you realize that I am always with you.
08:58When you merge with all that surrounds you, you will feel my presence.
09:02In fact, that state of calm and detached awareness is something anyone can achieve through an activity known as meditation,
09:18or as the Zen tradition refers to it, sitting meditation, meditation, or sitting meditation,
09:25is essentially a practice to train the mind, to bring it into a state of stillness.
09:30At this point, some may wonder if it is really useful.
09:36If you are asking that, it means you are using your rational mind for your thoughts,
09:41and all that you think is based on what you have been exposed to, including people, objects, and even scientific theories.
09:50But all these things are merely information transmitted from the external world through your eyes.
09:56You always believe that what is seen is real, yet the eyes cannot see the essence of all things.
10:04For example, when judging whether a person is good or bad, do you rely on your eyes or use your heart to feel?
10:12Perhaps initially you see a handsome, poised, courteous, and composed young man,
10:19but after some time, even though you cannot explain it, you begin to sense a strange aura about him dot
10:26and eventually you discover that he is, in fact, a bad person, a scoundrel, and a fraud.
10:32This is precisely why many girls are deceived by such scoundrels, because they only see with their eyes,
10:40think with their rational mind, and do not perceive with their hearts.
10:46Robert was able to achieve a state of detached awareness without needing meditation
10:50because he thought with his heart instead of his mind.
10:54His survival instinct was not for himself alone but for those around him.
10:59Even in the midst of a battlefield, they still strive to create paradise on earth
11:05because war and peace are simply two sides of the same coin.
11:11I firmly believe that Robert was an enlightened person.
11:15The successful people in the world are those who have awakened.
11:20So what do meditation and sitting meditation do for us?
11:24In reality, from Apple's Steve Jobs and Tesla's Elon Musk to basketball legend Michael Jordan,
11:32all of them had a habit of meditation.
11:35In particular, Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple,
11:39even set aside a dedicated meditation space in his office.
11:44Whenever he needed to make an important decision,
11:47he would seclude himself to meditate before deciding.
11:51This is truly worth contemplating.
11:55Why are these individuals so extraordinary?
11:59They have achieved countless miracles.
12:02So where does their inspiration come from?
12:06The answer is from within.
12:09What we call intuition is, in fact, generated by your subconscious.
12:14If you believe in the stories I have just told, then when you meditate.
12:21When your inner world quiets down, God will be by your side,
12:26and you will immediately achieve enlightenment, that is intuition.
12:31Indeed, because when you meditate,
12:33you are essentially conversing with your subconscious.
12:37Recently, while participating in a group of elites,
12:40one member shared a method that inspired me greatly.
12:44He would record the scenarios in his dreams,
12:48then write down some personal insights.
12:52When emotions surged, he would ask himself,
12:55what am I feeling right now?
12:58What has caused this feeling?
13:01By following such a chain of thought, he quickly regained calm.
13:06I found this method very appealing and easy to practice,
13:10as it helps each person dialogue with their own subconscious.
13:14Therefore, I want to share it with everyone.
13:19I know that many people are still sceptical about the power of the inner self,
13:24feeling that it is too abstract,
13:26but not only Robert, many great figures have also mentioned this concept.
13:32Famous authors, for instance in the book The Law of Attraction,
13:36are essentially talking about the power of the inner self,
13:39that is, the subconscious.
13:42The book Finding Yourself also clearly explains this.
13:47Do you know what the subconscious really is?
13:50The greatest difference between people lies in their inner world.
13:55In reality, each of us lives in two worlds.
13:59One is what we see when we open our eyes,
14:02the physical world or the external world that we perceive with our five senses and body.
14:07Yet many religions have pointed out that the external world is merely an illusion,
14:13a transient and deceptive realm.
14:17So, what truly determines our behavior?
14:21What is the hidden law behind human actions?
14:25Finding yourself reveals that even the external world we perceive is not the absolute reality.
14:31It is merely a reflection of our inner world.
14:36Simply put, it is like looking into a mirror,
14:39the image you see is just a reflection of yourself.
14:43Similarly, the external world you live in is just a reflection of your inner world.
14:50Therefore, what truly determines your life,
14:53whether you are rich or poor, happy or miserable,
14:56is your inner self, that is, what you feel when you close your eyes,
15:01so what is inner awareness?
15:04Is it the thoughts we have in our head when taking a test?
15:08No.
15:10Many people confuse this.
15:13That is merely the thinking of the rational mind,
15:16not the inner self.
15:18The subconscious comprises the perceptions that you absorb unconsciously,
15:23the things that have ingrained themselves in your mind without you realizing it.
15:29It is the thought system that has been formed in you without your conscious awareness.
15:34This book will help you discover and identify the inner conscious world within yourself.
15:41For example,
15:43the book Rich Dad Poor Dad emphasizes one very important point,
15:48the difference between rich and poor depends entirely on their mindset.
15:52If today you think of yourself as poor,
15:56when you see an LV bag, you will say,
15:59I can't afford it.
16:01But if you are a person with a wealthy mindset,
16:04you will ask yourself,
16:06How can I acquire it?
16:08What creates this great difference in mindset between the rich and the poor?
16:13In fact, it is precisely because of the subconscious.
16:17Most of our inner world is shaped from the moment we are born.
16:23Our parents educate and sometimes even subconsciously brainwash us to be like them,
16:29that is, to continue living in poverty.
16:33From a young age, our parents taught us to integrate into society,
16:38sending us to daycare and then to school to receive an identical education.
16:43Gradually, we are mulled into one uniform type of person, that is, an employee.
16:52Therefore, most people, when looking into their inner world, feel that they are just ordinary.
16:59If you feel deprived, if you see the world as filled with poverty and disease,
17:04then when you open your eyes, you will unconsciously create, or rather,
17:09attract a world that is extremely impoverished, dark, and riddled with illness.
17:16Conversely, children born into wealthy families often have private tutors hired by their parents.
17:24These teachers, with the intention of raising them to be rich
17:28and directing them toward becoming entrepreneurs or investors rather than just ordinary employees,
17:34imbue these children with an inner abundance,
17:37and as a result, they create a prosperous and abundant world.
17:42There is a truth, 3% of the people in the world own 70% of the wealth
17:48because their inner world is filled with abundance,
17:51television dramas are all deceptive,
17:53there are hardly any playboys who live carelessly and hedonistically.
17:59In reality, the rich become richer every day,
18:02while the poor become poorer,
18:04and the main reason is the difference in inner strength.
18:08If you study Buddhism, you will see that this principle is the same,
18:12all things are created by the mind.
18:16The ancients also said,
18:18visage is born from the heart.
18:20This is also why I believe in physiognomy,
18:24because a person's appearance is a reflection of their inner world,
18:28many people always think that they cannot succeed,
18:31that they can only be ordinary.
18:34They blame being deceived by partners,
18:36or blame their parents for not providing them with a good environment,
18:41but these are not the root causes.
18:44The main issue is that their inner self is not strong enough,
18:47and their subconscious always tells them that they are just ordinary.
18:53The subconscious determines the conscious mind,
18:55the conscious mind shapes our behavior,
18:58behavior determines our emotional state,
19:01and ultimately all of these determine a person's level.
19:05There are many people who want to start their own business to change their lives.
19:11They know that only entrepreneurship can change one's destiny,
19:15yet their subconscious tells them that they are just ordinary and cannot start a business.
19:21I have spoken with many such people and discovered that their subconscious thinking
19:26usually follows this pattern,
19:28starting a business is very hard,
19:30the risks are enormous,
19:32only 3% of startups are successful,
19:35and I don't have any special strengths so I surely cannot be among that 3%.
19:39These thoughts make them hesitant to take action,
19:44and many give up before even trying.
19:48I said it quite bluntly.
19:50Do you understand?
19:52If not, let me give you an example from a book.
19:57An old man once recounted a story to the main character,
20:01a horse was pulling a carriage forward.
20:03The horse believed that it was deciding the direction of the carriage,
20:08but on the carriage there was a driver who thought that he was the one controlling the direction.
20:14At that moment, the old man asked the main character,
20:18Do you know who really determines the direction of the carriage?
20:23In fact, it is neither the horse nor the driver,
20:26but the passenger sitting at the back,
20:28the one who paid for the ride.
20:30If the passenger wants to go east,
20:34the carriage cannot go west.
20:37The first time I heard this story, I was truly shocked.
20:42If you have read this book,
20:44you will surely understand why I reacted that way,
20:47because I have a clear understanding of who I am.
20:51Just think, you are the carriage,
20:53but who is controlling you?
20:56Is it the horse, the driver,
20:58or the passenger at the back?
21:00Humans have three aspects of the self,
21:04the outer self,
21:05the ego,
21:06the real self,
21:08and the higher self.
21:10The horse represents the outer self,
21:13charging forward without regard for anyone else.
21:17Those who frequently commit crimes or later regret their actions,
21:21such as domestic abusers,
21:23are controlled by their outer self.
21:25This causes them to lose reason and act impulsively based on transient emotions.
21:33Such people only care about themselves and do not consider others,
21:37so they are easily swayed by their feelings and act rashly.
21:42Such individuals are prone to mistakes and deep regret,
21:46they will never succeed,
21:47and you should absolutely not become one of them.
21:50Therefore,
21:52each of us needs to learn how to control our outer self.
21:56Next is the ego,
21:58like the driver,
21:59a higher version of ourselves
22:00that helps us overcome our base instincts
22:03to develop into rational human beings.
22:07So what is humanity?
22:09It is when a person not only thinks about themselves,
22:13but also shows concern for others.
22:15Nowadays,
22:17many people have never truly lived.
22:21Why do we say that you have never truly lived?
22:25When you were a child,
22:27you lived for your parents,
22:28when you went to school,
22:30you lived to please your teachers,
22:32when you married,
22:33you lived for your spouse,
22:34when you had children,
22:36you lived for them.
22:37You have never had a day
22:39where you truly lived for yourself.
22:42Those who are overly controlled
22:44by their outer self
22:45end up in a state of constant suffering
22:47and inner conflict
22:48because they have never truly lived
22:50according to their own desires.
22:52The third part is the higher self.
22:56I want to ask you all a question,
22:58what are you truly seeking in life?
23:01Do you desire cars?
23:04Houses?
23:05Or money?
23:07In fact,
23:08no.
23:09The purpose of life
23:11life is to pursue a feeling,
23:12not mere pleasure,
23:14but exaltation.
23:16So what is the difference
23:17between pleasure and exaltation?
23:21Pleasure comes from external influences.
23:25When you buy something new,
23:26you feel joy,
23:28but a few days later
23:29that feeling fades.
23:32Meanwhile,
23:33exaltation is different.
23:36Pleasure is only temporary,
23:37while exaltation arises
23:39from deep within,
23:41unaffected by money
23:42or external circumstances.
23:46It is a state of true awakening.
23:49Those who can sustain exaltation
23:51in their hearts
23:52are the ones
23:52who have achieved enlightenment.
23:55They are always full of positive energy,
23:58not happy because of material gains,
24:01nor do they feel inferior
24:02due to lack.
24:03They are not influenced
24:06by external factors
24:07but maintain peace within,
24:09because they understand
24:10that nothing external
24:12truly matters,
24:13only the joy within
24:14matters most.
24:17If you always feel unlucky,
24:18if you easily get angry
24:20at how others treat you,
24:21if you feel regret
24:22when you lose something,
24:24then you have not reached
24:25a state of enlightenment,
24:27you are still merely human.
24:30The purpose of life
24:31is to discover
24:32the higher self
24:33within your soul.
24:35We need to learn
24:36to meditate.
24:38The Buddha meditated
24:39under the body tree
24:40for 49 days
24:42and finally realized
24:43the truth.
24:46All things are one,
24:47and everything
24:48is created by the mind.
24:51When he understood this,
24:52he awakened.
24:55Therefore,
24:56the mind
24:56is the most important.
24:59Remember that
24:59our subconscious
25:00is not in the brain
25:01but in the heart.
25:04Modern people
25:04love to use
25:05their intellect,
25:06while ancient people
25:07focused on the heart,
25:09yet it is the heart
25:10that is the only organ
25:11connecting us
25:12to the higher self
25:13and the subconscious.
25:15Do you know
25:16which organ
25:16is formed first
25:17when the sperm
25:18meets the egg?
25:20It is the heart.
25:22The human heart
25:23is the only organ
25:25that never deteriorates
25:26or even gets cancerous.
25:28As long as the heart
25:30beats,
25:31you have life,
25:32when the heart stops,
25:33life ends.
25:35Even in patients
25:36in a vegetative state,
25:38if the heart
25:39still beats,
25:41they are considered
25:42alive.
25:44Therefore,
25:45everyone and everything
25:46around you
25:46is a reflection
25:47of your inner self
25:48like a mirror
25:49reflecting your inner world.
25:53When something
25:53external disturbs you,
25:55turn inward
25:56and reflect.
25:56Ask yourself
25:59what part
25:59of your soul
26:00has been shaken
26:01and what hidden
26:02corners have yet
26:03to be resolved.
26:05Do not waste
26:06energy on
26:07external matters.
26:09For things
26:10that cannot be
26:11changed or
26:11fought against,
26:12adjust from within
26:13and focus your energy
26:15on what external
26:16factors you can change.
26:18The root
26:19of all suffering
26:20in life
26:20is that people
26:21do not understand
26:22themselves
26:23and blindly
26:24cling to
26:25and pursue
26:25things that do
26:26not represent
26:27who they
26:27truly are.
26:29If your happiness
26:30depends on
26:31external factors,
26:34then when
26:34circumstances
26:35or material
26:36sources of
26:37that happiness
26:37vanish,
26:38your joy
26:39will also
26:40dissipate.
26:41But exaltation
26:42is different,
26:44it springs
26:44from deep
26:45within your soul
26:46and no one
26:47can take it
26:47away.
26:49A person
26:50filled with
26:50positive and
26:51joyful thoughts
26:52will attract
26:53and resonate
26:53with good
26:54things.
26:56Conversely,
26:57if your mind
26:58is always
26:58filled with
26:59pessimistic,
27:00resentful,
27:01and negative
27:01thoughts,
27:02it is no wonder
27:03that misfortunes
27:04keep happening.
27:06This is the
27:07principle of birds
27:08of a feather
27:09flock together.
27:11Learning to
27:11control and
27:12harness the
27:13power of your
27:14inner self
27:14is extremely
27:15important.
27:17And it
27:18determines whether
27:19you can succeed
27:19or not,
27:20since time
27:21is limited,
27:22we will
27:22pause here.
