03:04Pinuri naman ang UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction ang Asia-Pacific Region sa mga disaster resilience initiative,
03:12particular ng Pilipinas.
03:14The Asia-Pacific Region has been really pushing hard the agenda forward
03:19and a lot of the progress that we see over the past few decades is really given to the hard work
03:24that has been carried out in the Asia-Pacific Region.
03:28And the reason why I want also to stress the political leadership
03:31because last October, the government of the Philippines hosted the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference.
