00:31That's why I'm suggesting a declaration of Public Health Emergency of National Concern.

00:41Pinaka-konti pa nga tayo eh, less than 1% of our population ang may HIV.

00:47Pero ayoko lumakihan. I don't want that to get better.

00:50But we are also the highest.

00:52We are now the highest in new cases.

00:55At 56 new cases a day, tayo ang pinakamataas na yata.

00:59Tapos sabi nila, worldwide, wala naman ibang mas mataas pa.
