00:24Paano ba nagsimula itong coffee business na ito?

00:27Yung mga ibang bus po kasi namin, yung mga kapatid po niya is meron din pong business.

00:31Ngayon nagtayo pa po sila ng another business po, like dito po sa coffee shop po.

00:35So of all the businesses out there, bakit coffee business yung napilay nila?

00:39Napili po nila yung mga para sa mga student po na malapit po dito. Para meron sila ang mapupuntahan po, ma'am.

00:44As the manager of this coffee shop, what do you think yung pinaka main challenge or struggle na na-experience nyo running the business?

00:52Running the business, ma'am, yung mga nagiging struggle namin. Isa doon, siyempre, ma'am, yung paghabol ng mga guests natin.

00:57Kailangan natin makakuha pa ng ibang customer natin dito. Lalo na, is bago pa lang po yung si coffee shop, kailangan mas more on marketing strategy pa talaga yung ginagawa nyo.

01:07So speaking of strategies, ano ba yung mga strategies na ginagawa nyo?

01:10Isa sa mga marketing strategy na ginagawa namin, ma'am, yung mga pliers namin, then tie up the other business, ma'am.

01:16Yung iba, as business owners, kailangan nila ng mga trusted and talagang mga marurunong when it comes to running their businesses.

01:24So you as the manager, ano ba yung mga secret formula para mas maging successful ang isang business?

01:30Siyempre, ma'am, always do the standard and always smile at sa guests.

01:35Anything na kung sino mapapasok ko sa coffee shop natin, kailangan i-welcome natin sila na as a good customer palagi.

01:43Siyempre, marami na mga coffee businesses out there, lalo na sa area na to.

01:48How do you stay afloat or what makes you different? Anong kaibahan ninyo? What sets you apart from them?

01:54Siyempre, meron din po kaming car wash, especially pag meron na pumunta dito.

01:59Lalo na pag after ng rainy day po talaga, meron pa pa car wash, then may lounge din ka para sa mga special guest day natin na pumunta dito.

02:06Then meron din po kaming mga talyer, isa rin po yun sa mga target ng boss namin para mas dumami yung mga customer po.

02:13In the future ba, do you also plan na magtayo ng sarili mong negosyo?

02:18Yes, ma'am, may plan naman po ako na magtayo ng business.

02:20Kasi, syempre po, sa tagal ko din po sa food industry and may mga boss din po ako is na tatutunan ko na din po yung mga kung paano magpalakad po ng mga coffee shop po.

02:30So, bakit ba importante yung magnegosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino?

02:33Syempre po, isa po yung isang mga ina na natin binibigay na para sa mga future po natin ng mga family natin.

02:40Isa yan sa mga reason ng mga nag-o-owner po ng mga business natin.

02:44Okay, so it's really more of financial freedom at para syempre makamit din yung mga pangarap para sa mga pamilya natin.

02:52What are the services that you offer?

02:53We have a drink and food po dito na siniserve po namin dito.

02:58Meron po tayo dito ang mga iced coffee, then chicken pesto, then Spanish latte, caramel macchiato po, then meron po tayong mga burger,

03:08then isa po sa mga bestseller din po namin dito yung mga chicken wings po namin.

03:11Meron tayong top burger, isa rin po sa mga bestseller namin, then clubhouse sandwich po.

03:16Ito po yung sa mga magandang baan po namin.

03:18Meron din po tayong refresher para sa mga student na ayaw mag-copy.

03:23Sabi nga ni Albert Einstein, try not to become a man of success, but rather a man of value.
