00:00These spicy pickle ranch crackers are your next hyperfixation snack. We're going in with a little
00:04oil, a packet of ranch seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, dried dill weed, tablespoon of
00:08smoked paprika, and a tablespoon of dill pickle juice. Put it in a bowl and whisk it up. You can
00:13use any cracker you want, but I'm using mini saltines because they're cute. Just give a few
00:16shakes until the seasoning's full of those crackers. You can marinate these overnight in
00:20the fridge, or if you're like me, wait as long as you can before you pop them in the oven. Bake
00:24it 250 for about 15 minutes, then let them cool for about five minutes. I absolutely love a seasoning
00:29cracker mix, and I think these are the best I've had. You get all that rich flavor from the ranch
00:33pack, and then you get the perfect amount of dill pickle and heat right at the end. So crispy, so good.
