00:42the matter concerning Mohammed Suleyman
00:44mr. Suleyman are you able to hear me

00:58behalf of mr. Suleyman who is present in
01:00custody mr. Suleyman good afternoon this
01:05is the first advisement and I have just
01:07a couple of matters that I need to cover
01:09with you I'm going to ask many of the
01:11questions that I have to your counsel
01:13but I need to first address you directly
01:14and make sure that you have received and
01:17that you understand the protection order
01:20that the court just issued it keeps you
01:22from contacting any of the people who are
01:24unnamed as the victims in the alleged
01:27offense did you receive the protection
01:29order do you understand it thank you
01:32miss Harold I know that mr. Suleyman has
01:38seen a video that addresses his rights
01:40during the case do you waive further
01:43formal advisement of those rights or
01:44would you like him further advised I
01:46waive any further reading or advisement
01:48your honor thank you with respect to bond
01:53the court previously set bond on the
01:56written affidavit it is set at 10 million
02:00dollars cash only the court has not done
02:04any non-monetary conditions I'd like to
02:07know if either party wants to address
02:09either the amount or any non-monetary
02:12conditions of bond at this time mr.
02:15governor your honor I am going to
02:19reserve any bond argument for the
02:21future so I don't have any response
02:24with regards to non-monetary conditions
02:26either because we're fine to dress we
02:28are fine addressing it at filing charges

02:39respect to the filing of charges is it
02:41accurate that the parties believe that
