00:0015 to 14. I also mentioned this is a nonpartisan event, but it must be said that there were three
00:07votes for this bill in New Jersey. Chris Smith was one of them. By the way, Chris is a guy we do a
00:12fair amount of work with, even though we don't see the world the same way always. This is his
00:17district. I invited Chris personally to be here today. I'm not sure what the circumstances were,
00:23but he was unable to come. But Chris Smith, Tom Kane, Jeff Andrew all voted for this bill. I want
00:31everyone to know that. There were nine no votes. It happened to break along Republican Democratic
00:37lines, but I'm reporting the facts as opposed to making a partisan observation. If only one of
00:44those yes votes, all we needed was one in New Jersey to vote against it, they could have changed the
00:51course of human history and lent an explicit hand to the families that you will hear about and
00:59individuals you'll hear about today. This is it is an incredibly sad decision that they chose to vote
01:08for this. For the life of me, I don't understand how they could, given the impact on the lives that
01:14this bill will have, including folks at this table. And it must be said that no state, including New Jersey,
01:24has a fraction of the money that the federal government has. So the notion that we could
01:31somehow make this up is unfortunately a myth. And that's just that's not just New Jersey. That's
01:38every American state. Maybe there's some stuff modestly at the margins. But in the business I
01:45used to be in, this would be like trying to catch a falling knife. It would just be one step after
01:52another. And pretty soon you'd you'd have states going belly up to just before I turn, I'm going to open up
