00:06period of time. They're in a terrible state. So this investment really is, you know, to fix the

00:11foundations of our schools and our hospitals, to support things like leaking roofs, making sure

00:18the electrics are working, in schools also removing asbestos. I mean, it's shocking really

00:25the amount of infrastructure investment that is required in our estate, but we know ultimately

00:31this is how we deliver better outcomes for children, excellence for every child, and obviously

00:36better health services as well for those who need it.
