00:00And Carlotta, you really deal with the humanitarian side of things.
00:06And what does this say about the current state of humanitarian aid delivery into Gaza?
00:13Are we seeing a complete breakdown of safe humanitarian corridors
00:18when we look at the situation that we're faced with?
00:21For example, if we look at the latest events,
00:24especially with the gunfire event at the Humanitarian Hub in Gaza,
00:30we can see that there are many issues in the delivery of humanitarian aid.
00:35I believe that given the current situation,
00:39it is very unlikely that we can follow all the principles that we should follow
00:44in terms of humanitarian aid, humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence.
00:49So if we cannot at least make sure and ensure that there are organizations
00:54in the field that, first of all, know the territory,
00:57second, know the people and know the situation
00:59and also the state of mind of the people,
01:02because obviously they haven't received, for example,
01:05humanitarian aid in the last three months,
01:07and it's not the first time it happens.
01:09So we need to understand this,
01:12and so we need to have organizations in place
01:14that can actually know the situation and deliver aid properly.
01:19Right now the situation in terms of delivery
01:22does not meet the requirements in terms of humanitarian aid.
