00:00Reports have confirmed that Norwich City have made an official approach for Bristol City head coach Liam Manning.

00:08The fee for compensation is within the £800,000 region, but for Bristol City it will be a huge loss if he does go.

00:54It's quite often been about quality, so I think the fans see that, the fans get it, they're real as well,

00:59which is probably why it was nice to get the reception we got off the last two games.

01:03I think the fans saw a group that have given everything over the course of the season and continue to do in the last two games.

01:11Our new Bristol Rovers boss Darrell Clark has outlined what type of play he wants at the gas to get them promoted.

01:20I think you've been here long enough and a few managers to know what I think the Bristol Rovers players should look like

01:26and the non-negotiables, what that should look like.

01:31We've had successful players, I've managed successful players in the past, so I can give them a helping hand on that

01:37or a kick up the backside, however you want to call it, to get them to understand what this club means to its supporters.

01:44We're at Armour Custodian in this club, I was here last time, Ricky is, the board are, but the fans are here to stay.

01:50So for me it's a task to make sure that I get players performing out there, what Bristol Rovers players should look like,

01:56full of guts, full of determination, living their lives as professionals every single minute of the day,

02:01wanting to achieve, wanting to do better, wanting to do all the things, the non-negotiables I call it.

02:07Players will have good games, players will have bad games, that's footballers, that's at the top level and through all the levels.
