Russia gathers 50,000 troops at Ukrainian border near Sumy, Zelenskyy says

Russia is amassing thousands of troops at the border with Ukraine’s northeastern Sumy region, the Ukrainian president said, amid reports from the Ukrainian military that Moscow may be preparing new attacks on Kharkiv.
