00:39Let's take a look back at the intriguing mystery of Bob Lazar.
00:43Since the 1950s, the US government has occupied many acres of land in the remote Nevada desert.
00:50Under top secrecy the military developed and tested unique aircraft such as the U-2 spy plane, the very sleek F-117, and the futuristic-looking stealth bomber.
01:02All quite odd-looking aircraft when flying in the clouds at night.
01:07Over time more hangars would be built, runways would expand and more facilities would be constructed on the site.
01:13Unknown to the general public, the flight tests resulted in many locals reporting UFO sightings in the surrounding area.
01:22The military installation base has always been a place of mystery.
01:26Until one man decided to share his fascinating story.
01:30Originally Bob sat down to do a live interview with the local Las Vegas News.
01:37He would first appear under a shadow, and use the name Dennis, to protect his identity.
01:43Robert claimed to actually have worked at the Area 51 facility for six months.
01:49His story garnered tons of attention once it aired.
01:53However, there was no face to the claims, so many just brushed it off.
01:58Bob would return for a follow-up interview a few months later.
02:03And this time, he wouldn't hide behind a silhouette.
02:07According to Robert, he chose to reveal himself to the world after receiving threats on his life.
02:13Being fully transparent, and now in the public eye telling his story, he felt it would provide him protection.
02:20And he wouldn't hold back this time.
02:23Bob insists he was a scientist hired by the US Navy to assist with development of special aircrafts.
02:30He had a background in jet engine propulsion, and this experience would be why he was selected.
02:36Routinely, he would be given a call in the middle of the night.
02:40And be instructed to rendezvous at a secret location.
02:44He then would be picked up by a bus with blacked out windows, and driven to the secret military base, and work in a building called S4.
02:53It was supposedly very well guarded, with armed military staff.
02:58Several yards before even getting close to the high security location reads a sign.
03:03Use of deadly force authorized.
03:06Such a sign, undoubtedly will make trespassers think twice.
03:11Bob says on his first few visits, he was shocked at how advanced the systems were that powered the crafts.
03:18And he goes into great detail on their performance.
03:21The power source is an anti-matter reactor.
03:25They run gravity amplifiers.
03:28There's actually two parts to the drive mechanism.
03:31It's just, it's a bizarre technology.
03:34There's no physical hookup between any of the systems in there.
03:38They use gravity as a wave, using wave guides, almost like microwaves.
03:43When I was let in, it was the first time I saw the sport model in the hangar, sitting down.
03:49And I was told they could have walked me in the front door, but they purposely wanted to walk me by it.
03:54I was told not to say anything and just keep my eyes forward and walk past the disc into the office area.
04:00And I did, and as we went by it, I just kind of stuck my hands on it, just to run it alongside the thing.

04:22The hangars are all connected together and there are large bay doors between each one.
04:27And there were nine total that I saw, each one being different.
04:32Like they had the assortment pack.
04:35Robert says he felt it was unjust to keep this information from the people.
04:40So he chose to come forward and make his alleged experience public.
04:45Many Americans thought UFO believers were simply whack jobs at the time.
04:50Robert's story added more validity to the UFO conspiracy theories.
04:55However, his reputation would be put in question when his background couldn't be fully verified.
05:01His employment history, his schooling, and even his birth records seemingly was erased from existence.
05:10Some information was able to be verified, despite what the records showed.
05:15These inconsistencies only added to his claim of it being a deliberate assassination on his character.
05:21Robert, feeling confident in his claims, took a polygraph test to prove he was telling the truth.
05:27The first one was inconclusive, which the expert examiner chalked up to nervousness.
05:33However, Bob passed the second polygraph test.
05:38Where he was asked if he saw an anti-gravity flying disc at a base called S-4.
05:43During his alleged employment with the US government.
05:46Bob took a few of his closest friends to view some test flights in the Nevada desert.
05:52And they witnessed the rather strange events for themselves.
05:56They had video recorders with them.
05:58And the film showcases rather unusual lights operating in the night sky.

06:37Well thousands are planning to figure it out.
06:40That's right.
06:41A big Facebook event has been created called Storm Area 51.
06:44They can't stop all of us.
06:46And more than 300,000 people have signed up.
06:48Now according to the page the event is set to take place in September.
06:52It's going to be in the middle of the night.
06:54For decades mystery is surrounded Area 51.
06:56Many people believe that the US government stores secrets about aliens and UFOs there.
07:01And so they're going to get to the bottom of it.
07:03Good for them.
07:04Yeah.
07:05Robert's story has remained consistent as the decades went on.
07:10Some of his claims seem to even become more valid such as element 115.
07:15Which he referred to in his original story.
07:18It was only recently discovered in 2003.
07:22And how he detailed the craft's operating has been displayed in recently released Navy footage.
07:29It produces a gravity wave.
07:31Which is similar to the gravity wave that the Earth produces.
07:36In other words it turns the wave not really in an opposite polarity.
07:46But something to that effect.
07:48Where it will work against the natural gravity wave of the Earth.
07:52And it produces a lift in that effect.
07:55Is there any internal protection for the crew?
07:58Does the craft generate a gravitational field inside the craft itself?
08:04Well the craft generates its own gravitational field.
08:08Being inside that field essentially doesn't shield you but essentially you're in.
08:18And this is a terrible way to say it.
08:21Almost in a different realm.
08:22Because you're now influenced only by that gravitational field.
08:26For instance people wonder how a craft like this can make a turn at such high speed.
08:33A 90 degree turn.
08:34When they would imagine people slamming up against the wall.

08:38Well that really wouldn't happen.
08:40Inertia would have no effect.
08:41You're in a distortion.
08:44And don't forget that gravity distorts time and space.
08:48So really nothing is going to influence you while you're in there.

08:57There are three amplifiers.
09:00The craft can operate on a single one.
09:04Can lift off the ground.
09:06The way in which gets propelled are two different ways.

09:38And move through space that way.
09:40Moving around a source of gravity.
09:42Is a problem to a disk.
09:44Because it's interference essentially.
09:46So what they do is they work with that interference.
09:49To their benefit.
09:50They'll use one gravity generator.
09:53To lift the craft off the ground.
09:55And as opposed to what we're used to.
09:57For instance a plane.
09:59Once it's in the air.

10:02Or some force coming out the back of it.
10:04To push it forward.
10:05The crafts work completely opposite of that.

10:11Is once they're hovering in the air.
