00:00It's day nine of salads that aren't salads, the series where I show you salads that aren't lettuce
00:04based. This is a Sunday brunch salad. I've done a couple recipes like this using a bagel to make
00:10crouton bagel crisps. You're going to start by adding Greek yogurt to the bottom of a bowl
00:16with diced tomato and cucumber. Add two soft boiled eggs and then the everything bagel crisps
00:22and some sliced avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning, which we can never have enough of,
00:27and some green onion to top and a pinch of lemon. The only thing that can make this even more
00:32beautiful than it already is are these in-garden microgreens. It adds micronutrients, antioxidants,
