00:00It's day three of Salads That Aren't Salads, the series where I show you salads that aren't
00:03based with leafy greens. This one's kind of like a panzanella salad but with a twist. I love a
00:08panzanella salad because it's bread-based, so we're doing that, but with feta instead of mozzarella
00:13and chickpeas for protein. Cut up some pieces of bread to toast with some olive oil and za'atar
00:17seasoning. This is also a great salad to make if you have any bread that's going stale. The dressing
00:21is super simple, just Dijon, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, a little salt and pepper. It's so
00:26colorful and full of nutrition that's supportive to overall health. I added some fresh Italian parsley
